Made-to-size acrylic menu holders, table talkers, wine list stands and bar displays for hospitality businesses across the UK. Single units for an independent cafe, hundreds for a hospitality group, branded for a brewery’s sales reps. Fast turnaround, UK-wide delivery.
A good menu holder makes a pub or restaurant feel more put-together than a stack of laminated A4s ever will. It signals to a customer that the place takes its food and drink seriously enough to present it properly. It also takes a beating — spilled drinks, wet wipes, dishwasher cycles, kitchen porters using them as drinks coasters — and has to look the same on day 300 as it did on day one.
We make menu holders for cafes, pubs, restaurants, hotel restaurants, gastropubs, members' clubs, room service operations, and the brewery sales reps who put them on the tables of all of the above. From a single A5 table-talker for a Brighton coffee shop, to 500 branded T-stands for a regional brewery's pub estate, to 30 angled wine-list holders for a hotel restaurant chain — the same workshop, same materials, same finish.
A5 portrait T-stand — the workhorse of pub and restaurant tables, sized to take a single-sided printed menu insert. A4 portrait L-stand — for larger menus, often double-sided on a reception or bar counter. DL angled (210×99mm) — for drinks specials and table talkers. A4 landscape — cocktail and wine lists on bar tops. Custom shapes — logo-shaped cutouts, branded silhouettes, anything you can draw.
5mm clear cast acrylic for the body, flame-polished edges (no sharp cuts), bonded T or L sections (no exposed fixings), and a pocket sized exactly to slide the menu insert in from the top. Weighted bases on freestanding formats so they don't tip. Optional: branded prints, etched logos, coloured acrylic, magnetic insert frames, replaceable pocket sleeves.
We apply branding using digital UV print direct to the acrylic (photographic-quality, durable under dishwasher cycles), screen print (clean solid colours, the brewery-pump-clip look), or cut vinyl (most cost-effective, easy to update if branding refreshes). Logos engraved directly into the acrylic surface for a more premium look. Specify at quote stage.
These are our most common builds. Anything else — custom shapes, sizes, with bespoke pockets or fittings — ask and we’ll quote.

Acrylic menu holders are not dishwasher safe — the heat softens acrylic and can cause warping. Hand wash with warm water and a soft cloth. They will however take being regularly wiped down with normal kitchen cleaning sprays without yellowing or hazing.
We focus on the acrylic and don't print menu cards themselves. We can recommend reliable digital print partners for the menu inserts, or just give you the exact insert dimensions for your existing supplier.
